BIPA Reguler

SCHEDULE

This program is offered three times in a year:

1.     September – December

2.     January – April

3.     May – August

Depending on students' language abilities, they will be placed into various BIPA levels, ranging from Level 1 to Level 7. Each level requires at least 100 hours of learning time.

CLASSES

Classes are conducted 5 times per week on Monday to Friday with the following arrangements:

·        First Session: 09.00 – 12.10

·        Second Session: 12.30 – 15.40

There will be 15 minutes break in each session.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

The following are the admission procedures for future students:

1.     Initial Registration

-         Send an email or WhatsApp message to show your interest in the program.

-         Fill in the application form (Form is attached).

-         Provide a recent CV.

-         Proof of payment for a placement test to be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp. 250.000).

-         Complete the placement test.

2.     Second Step – LOA and Study Permit Application

After the result of your placement test is announced, you will be required to provide us the following documents:

-         Academic certificate and transcript (Scanned PDF)

-         Passport (Scanned PDF)

-         Declaration form (form is attached – Scanned PDF)

-         Guarantor Financial Statement and a copy of bank account of the guarantor (form as attached – scanned PDF)

-         Medical Statement (Scanned PDF)

-         Recent Color Closed up photo (4x3 cm) (in JPEG). The photo must show your face fully, no using glasses, and in formal pose.  

-         BIPA Tuition fee transfer proof in PDF or JPEG format. YOU NEED TO PAY FOR THE TUITION FEE OF IDR 15.000.000.

3.     Third Step – E-visa Application

-         After LOA and study permit are issued, E-Visa application can be processed.

-         You will be given the e-visa e-billing through email and WhatsApp.

-         The e-visa e-billing must be paid within 7 days after the billing is issued.

-         The payment must be done directly in one of these Indonesian Banks (BNI, Mandiri) or other bank specified in your e-billing information.

-         You should be able to get your E-visa at least after 5 working days.
